Archers Steelwork & Cladding have successfully completed the first phase of the large 258 apartment scheme. We undertook the connection design, fabrication, welding, painting & erection of the steel frame. We also installed pre cast stairs and landed metal decking for our client.

Block A consists of 94 apartment with a mixture of studio, one bed, two bed and three bed apartments located in the heart of Derby City Centre.
Block A is approx. 200 tonnes of high quality manufactured structural steelwork, 5500m2 installing all the structural steel decking and concrete staircases during the erection process.

We have been awarded the second phase of the Silk Yard for approx. 295tonnes, Archers Steelwork & Cladding are very proud to be a part of this development.
