Archers Steelwork & Cladding Project Showcase: Twycross

We are thrilled to share the successful completion of a comprehensive project for our longstanding client, right here in the heart of England, Twycross.

Project Overview

Scope of Work:

• Design, Supply & Installation: Structural steelwork, roofing, cladding, and rainwater goods.

Project Details:

• Location: Twycross, England
• Main Structure: Comprising a structural steel main frame with precast concrete floor slabs, precast staircases, and a galvanized steel staircase.

Materials and Finishes

Roofing and Cladding:

• Roof: Kingspan KS1000RW Roof panel with integrated rooflights.
• Walls: Kingspan KS1000FL profile panels.

Workshop Finishes:

• Paint Finish: Achieving a showroom-quality finish was crucial for the main workshop. To ensure the highest standard, we applied the final coat onsite. Both we and our client are extremely pleased with the result. This onsite finishing method will be our standard for high-gloss finishes moving forward.

Additional Structures:

• Wash Bay Building: Supplied and installed with Kingspan Aqua Safe 50 liner sheet to complement the Kingspan composite panels.
