We provided a value engineered solution for the roof, by changing the pitch of the roof slightly, but still keeping in line with the approved planning parapet zones.

Archers Steelwork and Cladding were able to provide a traditional composite roof panel omitting the need for a built-up top deck membrane type roof.

This not only saved money for the client, it also saved weeks on the programme.

The specified product for cladding no longer existed, so we came up with an available longspan panel product that fit the design criteria.
