This contract was technically demanding to build penthouse flats on top of an existing steel frame warehouse. The column extensions to facilitate the structure had to be precisely positioned. The town centre traffic prevented any road closure so the whole building was erected from a tiny rear car park with seventy meters of horizontal jib.
