This was a very challenging project for a new customer by recommendation resembling a huge shamrock nothing was symmetrical or circular. Everything was irregular and elliptical, on commencement we realised the scheme was over-designed. We value engineered it, splitting the savings with our client. Archers refunding the client £18,000.00, after redesigning the scheme, the only snagging being minor paint scuffs.
