Archers has successfully manufactured multiple gas flares for installation across Europe. Each flare comprises four mild steel sections, reaching a combined height of 8 meters. Additional components will be added to these structures to finalise the units.

The rise of Biogas Flares is notable in our collective effort to reduce carbon footprints. These flares utilise by-products from various sources such as farming processes, landfill sites, waste transfer sites, wastewater treatment plants, and more.

To guarantee a smooth installation process, we conducted a trial erection at our production facility in the Midlands, UK, as depicted in the accompanying images. This meticulous step ensures a seamless install before the flares are shipped overseas to their final destinations.
